Three laws of electromagnetic induction, and two laws of electrolysis, all proposed originally by English physicist Michael Faraday. The laws of induction are: (1) a changing magnetic field induces an electromagnetic force in a conductor; (2) the electromagnetic force is proportional to the rate of change of the field; and (3) the direction of the induced electromagnetic force depends on the orientation of the field. The laws of electrolysis are: (1) the amount of chemical change during electrolysis is proportional to the charge passing through the liquid; and (2) the amount of chemical change produced in a substance by a given amount of electricity is proportional to the electrochemical equivalent of that substance.
He didn't! :) Although Faraday received little formal education and knew little of higher mathematics, such as calculus, he was one of the most influential scientists in history. Read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faraday Faraday was a naturalist, meaning scientist in those days. But he taught himself everything. He was a secretary to an aging physicist and professor who had lost most of his sight. So Faraday would transcribe the professor's works. Then he started seeing patterns in the physics and derived physical geometries for electromagnetism from intuition. Towards the end of his professor's life, he became quite famous for his discovers and used his boss's prestige to catapult him into the right circles, where people would recognize his genious without a degree; this is very difficult of course. But, education is in the mind, not the book.

Michael Faraday was born into a family that was not very well-to-do. He had three siblings, but he was the only one able to get an education. When he was 13 years old, he got a job delivering newspapers and running errands for a book seller and bookbinder named George Riebau. After a year, Riebau made Faraday his apprentice for the next seven years.

During the Neolithic period, people discovered agriculture, which led to settled communities and the domestication of animals. They also developed pottery, weaving, and advanced tools made of stone, bone, and wood. The invention of the wheel and the development of early forms of writing were also important discoveries during this time.

Some important scientific discoveries made during this period include the discovery of X-rays by Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen in 1895, the discovery of the electron by J.J. Thomson in 1897, and the discovery of radioactivity by Marie Curie in 1898. These discoveries laid the foundation for advancements in fields such as physics, medicine, and nuclear science.

Mostly no inventions were discovered but theories
The two key discoveries during the Agricultural Revolution were the development of agriculture and the domestication of animals. These innovations allowed humans to shift from a nomadic lifestyle to settled communities, leading to the growth of civilizations.
