3D sprites is a misdemeanor. You want a 3D model; a 3D Sprite doesn't really work that way. A sprite is a 2D image by definition, a 3D sprite couldn't exist.
Blender.org. Convert the file to whatever you need.
What do you intend on doing with them? For comics you just take the sprites and put them in paint. For a game you must have a program to insert them.
You make them with GMPaint, Microsoft Paint, GIMP, or some other program.
game sprites are the animated graphics you see in most games such as Mario running and jumping. game sprites are turned into objects/instances which perform actions such as running and jumping

It depends which game your playing, and what version of the game. If its Pokemon Diamond, or Pearl, you need a Trainer Kit which is a software used to hack in-game sprites. This is for the Nintendo DS Only at the moment. If your playing a ROM game on en Emulator, such as Ruby or Saphire, you can just edit the software to make yourself another sprite. Hope it Helped.
