There are over four hundred. They are often listed in the back of a Bible. We do have proof. Jesus made the blind see and he fed thousands of people with 3 loafs of bread and 5 fish. Joh 6:9-14 MKJV There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two small fish, but what are these among so many? (v.10) And Jesus said, Make the men recline. And there was much grass in the place. So the men reclined, about five thousand in number. (v.11) And Jesus took the loaves, and when He had given thanks, He distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to those who had reclined; and likewise of the fish, as much as they wanted. (v.12) And when they were filled, He said to His disciples, Gather up the fragments left over, so that nothing is lost. (v.13) Therefore they gathered and filled twelve handbaskets with fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over to those who had eaten.(v.14) Then seeing the miracle that Jesus did, those men said, This is truly the Prophet, the One coming into the world.

Joh 9:29-39 KJV We [the Pharisees] know that God spake unto Moses: as for this fellow [Jesus Christ the Messiah] , we know not from whence he is. (v.30) The man [man blind from birth who had been healed] answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes. (v.31) Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth. (v.32) Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind. (v.33) If this man were not of God, he could do nothing. (v.34) They answered and said unto him, Thou wast altogether born in sins, and dost thou teach us? And they cast him out. (v.35) Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God? (v.36) He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him? (v.37) And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee. (v.38) And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him. (v.39) And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.

Joh 10:19-21 KJV There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings. (v.20) And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him? (v.21) Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?

A fact is something known to have occurred or to exist or to be true. So, to prove that Jesus really was the Messiah long hoped for by the Jews, we would need facts that all could agree to be true. Unfortunately, there is no fact that can be put forward to prove that Jesus was the Messiah. This is why, to this day, Jews continue to believe that Jesus was not their Messiah. For Christians, it is a matter of faith, not proof.

Can you give a list of places in the story of birth of Jesus in the bible?

There are two accounts of Jesus' birth - both, of course, in the New Testament although there are many prophecies in the Old Testament which foretold his birth. The two accounts are inMatthew's Gospel Chapter 1 verse 18 through to the end of Chapter 2 which tells of the Wise men from the east, the slaughter of the innocent children and the flight to Egypt.Luke's Gospel Chapters 1 and 2, which tells first of John the Baptist's birth and the events leading up to Mary's pregnancy and Jesus' birth finishing with prophecies from Anna and Simeon about the nature of Jesus. Both birth stories are different but were written for different audiences and from different points of view. However, putting them together gives us a much fuller picture of the events surrounding Jesus' birth and so that is how they are meant to be read.
