The name of the dead prophet was Samuel, who was also a judge.
According to the teachings of Islam, the dead are buried. Soon after a man is buried, two angels (called Munkar and Nakeer) come to him. His soul comes back to him. The angels raise him and ask him three questions: 1. Who is your Rabb-Creator, Provider? 2. Who is your Prophet (SAW)? 3. What is your religion? The Muslim dead answers: 1. Almighty Allah is my Rabb. 2. Beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) is my Nabi (Prophet) 3. Islam is my religion (Deen). Then they widen his grave, open up a window from heaven to his grave, or ask him to sleep peacefully till the dead will be risen up from their graves on the day of Qiyamat. If the person is non-believer and can't answer the above question, something horrible may happen to him.
If you ask on Saul the apostle then it is Tarsus , in Asia Minor today's Turkey.
Kind Saul did not ask for 200 foreskins... he only asked for 100. It was a plan to get David killed in battle. But the Lord was with David and he slew 200 and brought the forskins to King Saul in return for his daughters hand in marage.
During his conversion experience, Jesus had told Paul (who was then called Saul) to go into the city and wait. Jesus later spoke to Ananias in a vision, and told him to go to the "street which is called Straight", and ask "in the house of Judas foronecalled Saul, of Tarsus". Ananias objected that Saul had been persecuting "thy saints", but the Lord told him that Saul was "a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel". When Ananias went in to Saul and laid his hands on him, the "scales" of dead tissue on the surface of his eyes fell off, and he looked up at Ananias. After additional instruction, Saul was baptized.
If you ask of Abraham, then he had only one son Isaac.
Depending on who you ask, either a prophet or a wacko.
no he is not dead who the heck would ask this question
NO HE IS NOT DEAD. Why on earth would anyone ask this????
Mmmmm......... A tricky one but in my opinon is should be used because he will always be good's prophet as in "Muhammed is God's only prophet" but its just what i think listen to others to.It would depend on the context of the sentence. For instance, it would be correct to ask "What is the prophet Muhammed best known for today?"It would also be correct to ask "When was the prophet Muhammed born?"
If Jem is dead or not.
The kings started by Pharaoh. in the bible. But if you ask for a king of the Jews then Saul in Samuel book is their first king.
Samuel, King of Israel, and God's covenant with him and his people, the Israelites. The major story-line in 1 Samuel is how Samuel (the last of the Judges) chose, through prophecy, the first two kings, Saul and David. It includes the life of Saul and the early years of David.
