Both of these statements are incorrect. The spleen is located in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen, while the stomach is located in the left upper quadrant as well, but it extends more centrally.

I do not think that word means what you think it means. A hypochondriac is someone who imagines that he or she is sick. It's not a part of the body.
