The left upper quadrant is the location of the left portion of the liver, the larger portion of the stomach, the pancreas, left kidney, spleen, portions of the transverse and descending colon, and parts of the small intestine.
Most of the liver is in Right Upper Quadrant, but a small part is in Left Upper Quadrant.
The stomach is primarily located in the upper left quadrant of the abdomen cavity.
The point (1,3) is located in the first quadrant.
The sigmoid colon is in the lower left quadrant.
