What qualifications are needed to teach a court ordered parenting class?

Each court will determine their own qualifications for approved course offerings. These are often offered through a local college or university; other times they are given by social services organizations. Either way, these types of organizations are bound by OFCCP regulations to post openings ("to post in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment") for all instructor and counselor positions as positions become available. These notices will almost always indicate the qualifications required.
