No. There is no qualification for a "homeopath", and "homeopathic" remedies and treatments are typically proposed by people who have no medical qualifications whatsoever.
* Distance course in homeopathy, if any, is not recognized by Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH), Govt. of India. I am not aware of govt. regulations in other countries. * In the UK and some European countries, you can study homeopathy by distant learning (or by in-class study). One needs certain qualifications to be accepted on the courses and those pre-requisite qualifications vary from college to college. However, even with distant learning there are also some attendance days. For example, homeopathic clinical practice days need to be completed by in-class attendance and so too the final examination.
