Quality control in the Cement industry forms an important aspect of the production process, because of the complexity of the process involved and the necessity of their lending themselves to proper clinker formation. Combinations of tools and techniques work together in the quality control process within the industry, and both physical inspection and automated quality control methodologies can have a place in the quality control done on the production of Cement.
Clearly, there are marked differences between quality guarantee and quality control. Assurance of quality is a set of preventive activities, which are focused on processes whereas quality control is a detection activity, which is focused on detecting the defects once the product is manufactured. Assurance defines the standards to be followed in order to meet the customer requirements whereas quality control ensures that these defined standards are followed at every step. This is done by conducting various tests and checks. Based on these tests and checks, the quality control prepares regular reports that act as an input to the assurance of quality department which then reviews the same and decides on the corrective and preventive actions required in the processes.
A person who is asked this will need to provide an answer based on their personal experience. Indicating a specific incident where they have done well at using analytical work to ensure quality assurance and control and how they would also use this for the current job would be helpful.
If they could it would have been done by now.
In some cases they are. It's simply a matter of weeding out the poorly done ones.

Quality control (QC) is a decreasingly attractive/practiced option today - quality assurance (QA) is more popular in most industries. Quality control means checking a finished product against the specification and rejecting anything that does not meet the spec'. Checks can be on every item or on a sample. Quality assurance means checking the inputs to a manufacturing process, things like raw materials, measuring devices that are used and machine settings. If QA is done correctly, you should make little or no product out of specification.
I almost have i just need a few more special notices then i am done.
Efficiency is how quickly you can get things done in a period of time. Quality is how those products turn out when you are done.
Cockroach control is not that tough a task but it is best to prevent their intervention into your home. If you have cockroach issues you should use a good quality repellent for it. It works in most cases or get a pest control done.
Process Adjustment is an activity in Quality Control where you as the project manager identify some problems in your teams project execution and make some adjustments to the way the project is being executed. This is usually done to bring things back into control like a schedule delay can be brought back into control by adding new resources or making people work a few extra hours. This would be an example of process adjustment. They are also called Recommended Corrective Actions
