When interviewing for a company, interviewees should ask about the company's:

  • plans for the future
  • new projects planned
  • how the candidate could best fit into the company's future goals (and the candidate can offer a couple points about how he/she would contribute).

Make sure to ask questions beyond the standard ones, but these can also be included:

  • What benefits come with the job.
  • What is the usual progression for advancement.
  • Do you offer paid continuing education courses.
  • Do you encourage employees to seek advanced degrees through tuition reimbursement.

Note: When I used question marks in my answer, the answer would not post.
