dragon slayer gives 20k str and defence xp
Just create a new account and do quests that give you defence exp and train just defence skill, then train attack skill.
Well, any quest that involved a specific skill give you that experience point.
Train a lot and talk to the people with yellow !'s above their head. They will give you quests which gains you experience.
dragon slayerThe experience you get from different quests, in different skills, is usually insignificant. You get defence experience much faster if you just go fighting (and have the correct options set under combat).
QUESTS QUESTS QUESTS do high level quests and fight other people
right now i think mini nulgath's quests give the most
You can select an attack type that gives you only defense experience. Note that this will give you no attack or strength experience.

Leveling a character is done by defeating monsters in order to earn EXP, or experience. Experience can also be gained from quests and party quests.
I find it difficult to get specific information on quests for this skill. An online guide states: "Completing the easy quests Fight Arena, Holy Grail, Waterfall Quest, Scorpion Catcher and Tree Gnome Village will give you a huge boost to your combat level..." - but that is combat in general. Some quests, especially advanced ones, give lamps or similar items that can be applied to ANY skill, so you might use those, too. But in general, if it is combat experience you want (including constitution), I suggest you just fight a lot. You may want to do most quests anyway, either for the satisfaction of having them done, or for the benefits they give you - including experience in different skills.
Simple, talk to the NPC's (non-player characters) with the yellow ! over their head. They are the ones that give you quests. There are also things that drop off mobs that will sometimes give you quests.
