Just as there are a variety of differences in skin color, hair type and size amongst the races of man, so there may well be ones in penis size.

It is important to remember that any difference would only be on average. There are, after all, specific members of the Caucasian race who have darker skin than specific members of the Negroid race.

It is also important to remember that a seeming physical characteristic may have more to do with environmental influences, rather than race. The shorter Asians who have normal sized children in America - given a better diet - are an example.

The word "race" should also be remembered as arbitrary. While we speak of four races now (Caucasian, Mongoloid, Negroid and Australoid), these are artificial distinctions that may have little to do with anything. The vast interbreeding amongst the "races" all through out history should not be overlooked, either.

Given how contentious racial matters are, there are no studies on the better or worse characteristics of any race that haven't been disputed, debated or outright dismissed.

Finally, while it may seem that where there is so much popular perception of a "fact" that it must actually be a fact, one must remember that it is common for a group that oppresses another group to assign to the minority group "special" or "magical" traits.

Thus the Native Americans are regarded to have healing powers, the Jews to know dark magic, and those of African descent to have innate musical ability. There is also the ugly attributing of animal characteristics to minority groups to dehumanize them, and so the assumption of a large penis with Africans may be little more that the assumption of a large nose with Jews who oft times patently do not.

The answer then is - no one knows with any scientific accuracy whether some races are more sexually endowed than others. It would seem that even if it were so, it would be slight, as all races can easily interbreed with the others.
