She was Black but possibly racially mixed. the slang term, not to be confused with engineering use of ( Just under the danger zone) is HIGH YELLOW. The high yellow arc on speedometer or pressure gauge is just that- just under the danger zone. High yellow operation is permissible, but not the Red Line. so it goes.

My answer is that Aaliyah is Half black because of her dad, and Native because of her mom i think. her mom looks native
