The advantages of the death penalty are that it stops criminals for reofending and the tax payer doesn't have to pay for imprisonment. It could also stop other criminals from offending because if you get caught there is the prospect of death.
The death penalty reminds us that there are consequences to our actions, that we are responsible for what we do, so that dire consequences for immoral actions are eminetly appropriate. The death penalty is a deterrent. Intentioally taking the life of an innocent human being is so evil that the perpetrator forfiets his own right to life. He or she deserves to die.

I Think that 70% of the United Kingdom want the death penalty reinstated for terroists, Child murderers and treason.

A siesta is a nap. The advantages of a nap are that it re-energizes you.
The referee in football doesn't rule the re-kick rather the team that reaps the benefit of a penalty and chooses to re-kick. For instance; if a punt only goes 20 yards on a 4th and 12 punt and the defense was offsides; the referee just calls the penalty; the kicking team selects to enforce the penalty or re-kick. My answer - a referee seldom rules a punt to be rekicked. The kicking team will have that luxury ONLY if a penalty flag was thrown and in their favour.
The dead cannot re-offend. Taxpayers do not need to feed, clothe, and provide medical care for a dead man that would otherwise be incarcerated for the rest of their live.
Yes, Illinois has a capital punishment. As a state, Illinois has executed 12 people. Currently 10 convicts are on Death Row in Illinois but thanks to the state's moratorium on execution, they will not be executed for awhile. Also, 18 people have been exonerated while on Death Row in Illinois.
You cannot reset the ball at all without taking a penalty.
