The book Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire has a reading level of 5-6. It is the last book to be included in a 5-6 reading level, which started with the first in the series. The following book (Order of the Phoenix) would be 5-7 and the final book in the series (Deathly Hollows) would reach a reading level of 6-7.
All the Harry Potter books seem to be directed at children, but - in my opinion - Harry Potter 4 and later are somewhat sinister, say, for a child below 12 years or so. This applies both to the movies and the books.
you don't, you could do another level and get a shield
you use a spell that you learn in the Herbology level (im stuck on the Voldemort level)
Follow the red mushrooms
It sounds like their is a problem with the installation. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

It depends on the book and what grading scale you're using. I think most are between third and sixth grade level.
A 6th grade reading level is 6.0 at the beginning of the school year. It should be 6.9 at the end of the school year. Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone is 6.0.
