Lennox Suggest that Macbeth is both a Murderer and a Tryant
what does Fleance's escape suggest about Macbeth's luck
The play is called Macbeth because the story centers around Macbeth. Although Lady Macbeth is an important character, she is only the second most important character. In addition, Shakespeare had a habit of naming plays after kings, even if the king is not the most important character in the play (as in Henry IV Parts 1 and 2 and the three parts of Henry VI). So even if you think Lady Macbeth was as important as Macbeth (and I suggest that's tough to argue), the play is still called Macbeth, because he did not write a play called Queen Margaret even if she's more important than Henry VI her husband.
A character's thoughts, emotions, and motivations would most likely suggest their inner life. This can be revealed through their actions, dialogue, internal monologues, and interactions with others.
Lady Macbeth's character in Shakespeare's play is often interpreted as experiencing mental anguish and distortion due to her overwhelming ambition and guilt. Some critics suggest that her behavior may indicate a form of mental illness, while others interpret it as a reflection of the human psyche under extreme stress and power dynamics. Ultimately, the complexity of Lady Macbeth's character allows for various interpretations regarding the state of her mental health.
Duncan's two guards.
Some people might like to make a case for Ross, the guy who is always bringing messages. He seems to have pretty good judgement throughout. Lady Macbeth is terrible at seeing the consequences of her acts; Macbeth can see them but is unable to get past his love for his wife. Duncan is a terrible judge of character. Malcolm is a coward. Macduff, knowing that he is on Macbeth's hit list, leaves his family where Macbeth can get at them--a very injudicious move. Banquo suspects Macbeth, but not enough. The witches seem to be pretty astute, but the Hecate scenes (the ones which are never performed) suggest that their intervention was a poor decision. Lady Macduff seems to be astute as well.
Macbeth was driven by greed and his wife to become ruler. Once he had it in his grasp, he was willing to do anything to retain the power. Once one murder has been committed, is it really hard to envision the same person murdering once more? ten times more? The sacrifice of moral reasoning creates a void into which other emotions will flow. Another question would be, how moral was Macbeth to begin with?
There is no historical evidence to suggest that Macbeth died on his 52nd birthday. Macbeth was a Scottish king who ruled from 1040 to 1057, but the exact date of his death is not known. It is likely that he died in 1057 during battle.

In Macbeth the quote that suggests that the witches are misleading Macbeth is one from the very beginning. The quote reads ' They met me in the day of success: and I have learned by the perfectest report, they have more in them than mortal knowledge'. This quote implies that the witches may not have supernatural powers according to Macbeth's thoughts, therefore meaning they are tempting to mislead him.
