Beringia
which continents does not cross the equator
Where does the equator cross through the continent of Africa is it Congo basin?orAmhara plateau
A continent is a land mass. A region is a much smaller area of a land mass. For example, North America which includes the United States of America has many mountain ranges, including the older Appalachian Mountains in the east and the relatively younger Rocky Mountains in the west. I could say I live in a "mountainous region" in Pennsylvania, USA, which only points to a smaller area of the land mass known as the USA within the North American continent.

There are several and they all cross the continent. Which continent depends on which railroad you are referring to.
