Depends if sister form one of one of you parents then shes blood realted aunt and his blood realted cousin.
But if she you sister of you uncle by marriage then shes you not blood related to you but by she is realated by marriage to and shes Aunt in law or some migh say she is distant aunt.
And some goes for her son you not blood realated but you are related by marriage and so its cousin in law.
