Your first cousin's nephew is the son of your first cousin's sister or brother. That sister or brother is also your first cousin, and the son is your first cousin, once removed.

So your first cousin's nephew is your first cousin, once removed.

Similarly, your second cousin's nephew is your second cousin, once removed.

Your brother's nephew is your son, or your nephew (as the son of another sibling).

Also, if your brother is married and his wife has a sibling who has a son, that son is your brother's nephew but is not related to you.

Your cousin's nephew is the son of your cousin's brother or sister, who is also your cousin. So the question is the same as "How are you related to the son of your cousin?"

The son of your first cousin is your first cousin once removed; of your second cousin is your second cousin once removed; of your third cousin is your third cousin once removed; and so forth.

You do not have a niece-in-law. Some of your nieces and nephews are that because they are the children of your husband's siblings. They are your nieces and nephews and you and your husband together are their "aunt and uncle."
