With longer words, it is usually simpler and more effective to use a word with good consonance and/or assonance in two of the syllables than trying to match three or more syllables. A longer match may even appear forced into the writing.

Imperfect, but decent rhymes for "continued" = renewed, sinewed, unglued, imbued, imbrued, reviewed, collude, verisimilitude, ensued, solitude, gratitude

ghostly = mostly

ghostly (imperfect rhymes, but might pass) = closely, morosely, verbosely
