Unlike the massive system of interconnected tunnels under Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, there isn't much under Disneyland. Many of the "show buildings" (rides, shops, restaurants, etc.) have basements, and a few of these are connected by hallways. One of the largest areas is under New Orleans Square and contains an employee cafeteria, several offices, and some storage space. Because there is no way to cross the park underground, it is much more common to find cast members walking in costumes from another section.
The land, the water, and the sky? East Side, West Side, and All Around the Town? Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and Downtown Disney aka Not Actually In a Park At All?I have no idea how to answer this. Disney officially divides Disneyland park into 8 "lands":Main Street USAAdventurelandFrontierlandNew Orleans SquareCritter CountryMickey's ToontownFantasylandTomorrowlandYou could argue that Main Street is not really a land but just an extended gift shop you have to walk through on your way into and out of the park, but that still leaves a lot more than 3 sections.Personally, I think there is something to be said for "East Side" (Tomorrowland and the right side of Main Street as you face the castle), "West Side" (AdvenFrontCritterToonFantaSquare and the left side of Main Street as you face the castle), and "All around the Town" (the Disneyland Railroad), because that's how the main parade route divides the park, and crossing the parade route can be anywhere from "a major hassle" to "impossible" when a parade is going on.
Disneyland came first. In fact Walt Disney has a suite in New Orleans Square where he stayed.
New Orleans Square, same as Disneyland
New Orleans Square, same with Disneyland
Big Thunder Mountain is definitely in Frontierland. The Sailing Ship Columbia, and the Mark Twain Riverboat, dock in Frontierland but travel past New Orleans Square and Critter Country. The Pirates Lair on Tom Sawyer Island is listed on Disneyland maps as being in Frontierland, but it's not really a "ride". You do have to ride a boat to get to it, but those boats dock in front of the Haunted Mansion and are arguably in New Orleans Square instead of Frontierland. Also, there's the "Frontierland" Station of the Disneyland Railroad ... which is also in New Orleans Square (New Orleans Square didn't exist at the time the station was originally built). All of those except Big Thunder Mountain closed in early 2016 for construction and rerouting the train track/Rivers of America to make more room for the construction of Star Wars Land, but most of them are expected to reopen (it's not entirely clear whether Tom Sawyer Island will reopen or not; it may just be used as scenery for the boat rides and as a staging area for the Fantasmic show).
In 2004, Disneyland celebrated its 59th anniversary. It first opened on July 17, 1955 in Anaheim, California. Parts of Disneyland include Main Street, USA, Adventureland, Frontierland, and New Orleans Square.
If you mean the themed areas in Disneyland, they are Main Street U.S.A., Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Mickey's Toontown, Critter Country, New Orleans Square, Adventureland, and Frontierland.

Disneyland never completely finished building! It's still evolving to this very day! There's constantly new rides and attraction all around the park! Disneyland will never be fully finished!
No, they did not. They did reopen several rides that had been closed for refurbishment/upgrades, though.
