Personal Privacy has to be respected because not only are we individuals with rights but its basically stated in the amendments 1, 3, 5. These amendments basically speak of our right in home, of religion, and of one as an individul.

To have your own rights

Respect is not for adults and superiors only, children also deserve to be respected by means of giving them their rights and privileges. Give them the chance to enjoy their youth and learn from their mistakes. And mature as a grown up individuals.
Right of groups refers to the provision that the constitution has provided to a certain group. Rights of individuals on the other hand refers to the rights that the constitution has granted the individuals.
