Children do not have the right to decide whether or not they want to see their parents. Parents have the right to parent their kids unless and until their parental rights are removed.
Added: UNLESS - the "children" are actually adults. Then there is no legal way that you force them to have a relationship with you.

The child can do anything he wants to :)
If there is abuse you would have to report them to child services to get their rights terminated.
well if she does have it and still doesn't want to keep it for whatver reason, there are plenty of couples who can't have children who would gladly be the foster/adopted parents to the child.
You would have to go to court for all that.
morally you have a right to the child because you are the grand mother, but in our law the parents of a child has a greater right to a child and they can decide on the child's future as well.
If you're in the US... You have no rights to have contact with the minor mother if her parents forbid it. You do have the right to petition the court for visitation with the child. Of course you also have the obligation of paying child support.
You're this child's parents now. Yes your child might not want to live with you.... but handle this as if the child was your birth child and make a decision that you would stick to if the child hadn't been adopted.
The grandparents have no right to the child, only the parents can decide about adoption. If she does not want custody the father can get it.
Whatever his folks say his rights are. If he hasn't been emancipated, he has no rights to the child. That's why you don't pick an underage father for your child.
If you live in the US… It depends on what rights you're talking about. Minor parents have parental rights over their own children (for example, you get to decide rather or not you want to voluntarily give the child up for adoption). However, the minor parent is still subject to the control and authority of their own parents, because having a child does not emancipate a minor.
