Student travel insurance is a needless policy under normal circumstances. It only helps traveling students who are doing something risky. It won't make a difference for most students.

Generally speaking, a student attends a school within the district in which the student lives. That is a clear definition, however, various circumstances can make this more complicated. Such an instance might be that a student starts school in the proper district. During the school here the student and the parents move to another part of town. In many cases the student will be allowed to finish the school year in the school where the student once lived.

This is a petition filed by a student loan debtor in 2 circumstances: 1) to appeal administrative wage garnishment on the grounds that is poses an undue hardship to the borrower or their Dependants, or 2) an adversary proceeding in bankruptcy court where a debtor attempts to prove that their student loans should be permanently discharged because repayment would cause undue hardship to them or their Dependants. Under both circumstances, the borrower bears the burden of proving that exceptional financial hardship make them temporarily(for the first) or permanently(for the latter) unable to make the minimum payments required by their student loan agreements. Please search "administrative wage garnishment" and "student loan bankruptcy" for more info applicable to you.
Yes, improving yourself would make you a better student. Try studying and paying attention in class. And don't shout out derisive, supposedly "funny" remarks at your teachers in the middle of class. It just makes all the smart people in the class hate you.
