10 to 15 minutes by train. Take the 'brussels airport express' train in one of the three major railway stations (Nord, Central, Midi). By car or taxi it depends of the traffic: when it's calm it's only 20 minutes, on a very busy day it may take an hour.
Take any direct connection from Vienna (Austria) to Zurich HB (Switzerland). From there you simply take any direct train to Berne, where you change for Geneva... or you take one of the direct trains ("inter-cities") from Zurich to Geneva (but they do the same route as any train via Berne).
