It depends who you are. If you were a kid and you were asked what the rules would be in your perfect school, they could say for example, history is no longer a subject. But if you were a teacher you could make school better by having rules like, all thoughs who behave and do good work in class will not receive homework, or ice-cresm will be awarded to those who are dressed the smartest. I sunno :S
