Friedmann Universe Theory was created in 1922.
The inflationary hypothesis was developed in the 1980s by physicists Alan Guth and Andrei Linde. Inflation explains the origin of the large-scale structure of the cosmos. Quantum fluctuations in the microscopic inflationary region, magnified to cosmic size, become the seeds for the growth of structure in the universe. Many physicists also believe that inflation explains why the Universe appears to be the same in all directions (isotropic), why the cosmic microwave background radiation is distributed evenly, why the universe is flat, and why no magnetic monopoles have been observed.

There is no consensus on the perfect cosmological theory. The search for a theory that accurately describes the origin and evolution of the universe is an ongoing pursuit in astrophysics and cosmology. Theories such as the Big Bang theory and inflationary theory have provided significant insights, but there is still much that remains unknown.
When the big bang theory started the universe, light was created.

There is The Bible telling of the creation, and then there is The Big Bang Theory, where it kind of just exploded and there it was. Those are the two major ones. There is also the theory of evolution created by Darwin, and then there is the inflationary theory.
If you mean what scientist created the heliocentric theory, it was Nicolaus Copernicus. Based on astronomical observations, he determined that the Ptolemaic geocentric theory was incorrect, and replaced it with his own heliocentric theory, which placed the sun at the center of the universe, and had planets orbiting the sun.
Most current theories of the universe, such as the Big Bang theory and the inflationary theory, began with observations of the cosmos, including the cosmic microwave background radiation and the distribution of galaxies. These observations have provided evidence that scientists have used to develop and refine these theories.
It is what created the universe
