I think you mean "if they are experimenting onkiller whales". If so, then PeTA will probably be on their tails pretty soon. Now if the scientists were experimenting killer whales, I assume they would do things that experimenting non-killer whales would do, just more lethally.

Antarctica
Killer Whales -- Orcas -- are only equipped to roam in sea water. Around Antarctica, that sea water would be the Southern Ocean.
Yes, in the waters surrounding Antarctica, which is a continent.
on the ice of course lol they live all around antarctica
In the deep end.....
KILLER WHALES.Not just killer whales live in artarctica, a number of other species also live there, such as the Sei, the Blue, and various others
If Killer Whales are in Antarctica then they probably live there year round. Killer Whales don't migrate unless forced to because of their prey migration but they don't go far. They will also move based on the seasonal advancements and retreat of packed ice.
No animals live in Antarctica: it's too cold to support a food chain on the continent. From Seaworld, "Killer whales are top predators in the sea. Healthy adults have no natural predators, but sharks prey on older, younger, or ill killer whales."
Well it really depends on what the climate is, but most likely it is the Atlantic and Pacific ocean.
