Proverbs 14:12. KJV, There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. There are many examples of ways this scripture is used but one example is a person who has been delivered from drinking and decides to go to a bar to witness to people. It seems like the right thing to do but by the end of the night he ends up drinking. So it seemed right but the end thereof is death. We have to be careful about what and why we choose to do certain things. Going forth and not being fully prepared to do certain things even though they seem merited could mean destruction for one person and a great missionary experience for another. Another is being angry and telling someone off who offended us. It may seem justified but sinning because I am right or angry is not acceptable.
