there is no scripture in the bible that says that. when you die if you have made Jesus lord of your life, you will go to heaven and live eternally with him. if not, you go to eternal suffering in hell.
When someone says verses, they normally mean a few verses. Scripture is normally like a chapter, or several verses. It is the same thing thow, just different amounts of The Word.
There is nothing to say that a person cannot make notes in the margin of a page of the bible to bring attention to a passage they have read. Each bible printed is but a book of scripture and is not Holy in that it has been consecrated.
