Somewhere in genesis when the then ministering angels saw the daughters of men and went I unto them I.e. slept with them also when the devil was chased down from heaven he came down with one third of the heavenly angels some hung in the air ,some landed on the ground while others descended into the waters. From there they trouble people in spirit form in an attempt to multiply.

The Bible makes no direct references to these specific types of 'creatures.' It does have many Scriptures telling mankind to avoid 'demons' period. See link below for incubus and succubus. At this same webpage, on the top right is a search area where you may type in 'vampire' to see its information:

Another answer:

Vampires and werewolves [blood-drinkers and flesh-eaters] are a popular entertainment today because whatever twists and perverts what God has created is what the god of this world will promote in the minds and hearts of men.

The Bible, however, clearly states: "...'You and the foreigners [Gentiles] who live among you MUST NEVER EAT OR DRINK BLOOD.'" (Lev.17:12 NLT New Living Translation)

"...for the LIFE [Hebrew, nephesh; soul] of any creature is IN ITS BLOOD..." (verse 11).

We know and understand that our mortal life exists by two constants: "breathing and blood-flow." Our breathing, the billows that are our lungs, massages the heart which is the core of our wondrously-designed, self-contained and pressurized circulatory system. The blood carries both nutrients and waste throughout the body... and is the LIFE source of our mortal existence. If either one of these essentials ceases... we die.

The Bible doesn't regard these essential things a viable source of "entertainment" in which man should indulge. Contrary to this world's pop culture... God frowns on the mutilation of the human body, that "He created in His own image" -- whether its REAL or of the IDLE MUSINGS OF THE IMAGINATION. It's a vile twisting and perversion of what God has made.

As mentioned above... the "incubus and succubus" delve into a different category of a "spiritual" nature [demons and unclean spirits], as opposed to "vampires," which deal with man's "mortality"... blood... which is the "life" source [soul] of all breathing creatures.

There is, however, one account in the New Testament in which Jesus threw His disciples a curve, regarding a "vampire-like" and somewhat "ghoulish" scenario. Subjects that are a big "Jewish NO-NO!" He said:

"I AM THE LIVING BREAD... Anyone who eats this Bread will Live Forever; THIS BREAD IS MY FLESH..." (John 6:51 NLT).

It was quite a different society from the one in which we live today. THOSE PEOPLE WERE SHOCKED by Jesus' words; whereas, today, people would say, "Cool."

"Then the people began arguing with each other about what He meant. 'How can this man give us His flesh to eat?' they asked. So Jesus said again, 'I assure you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and DRINK HIS BLOOD, you cannot have Eternal Life within you. But those who EAT MY FLESH and DRINK MY BLOOD have Eternal Life[hmmm... sounds a little perverse, like the results of a vampire attack, doesn't it? That's the way Satan is], and I will raise them at the Last Day.

"For MY FLESH is the TRUE FOOD, and MY BLOOD is the TRUE DRINK. All who eat My flesh and drink My blood remain in Me, and I in them." (verses 52-56)

Needless to say... but the Bible does, anyway: "At this point many of His disciples turned away and deserted Him." (verse 66)

That didn't make them "bad people" for abandoning Christ. In many ways, they were simply "law-abiding Jews" who did the right thing distancing themselves from "this crazed lunatic." They certainly didn't grasp the deep "spiritual meaning" [requiring Faith and Trust] of what Christ was saying, because as Jesus told them:

"...some of you don't believe Me. (For Jesus knew from the beginning who didn't believe...) Then He said, 'That is what I meant when I said that people can't come to Me unless THE FATHER BRINGS THEM TO ME." (verses 64-65)

That's what the Bible says about "vampires." It's not a proper and Godly form of pastime entertainment that men have made out of it. It's a deadly-serious business with God, regarding the LIFE and SALVATION of His creation, man, made in His image. He requires all men to "eat the flesh and drink the blood of His Son, Jesus Christ."

And the Bible teaches that "familiar spirits and demons" [incubus and succubus] that possess the body through the human mind [spirit], are not to be invited in. For "thou shalt have no other gods before Me."

Succubi are not mentioned in the canonical Bible. They are mentioned in the "Alphabet of Sirach", which is attributed to the same author as the apocryphal book of Sirach.
