None, only rivers empty into the Arctic Ocean. There is some very minor flow of water from the Pacific through the Bering Strait, and also mostly export of water from the Arctic Ocean to the Atlantic through the Fram Strait.
The Yenisey, Lena, and Indigirka rivers all empty into the Arctic Ocean. These rivers primarily flow through Siberia in Russia, draining into the northern seas, including the Kara Sea and the Laptev Sea, which are part of the Arctic Ocean.
