It is best placed in the Scheduling section, however as it is likely to change (activities get completed; activities behind schedule or not started etc) as the project advances, I would suggest you put the baseline Gantt chart in the Project Management Plan (PMP) and then place the active Gantt chart in an electronic location on one of your company drives, with the link in the PMP. This means you have a record of the baseline and people can always find the most up-to-date version, without you having to update the PMP on a weekly basis.
