during mitosis the spindle fibre seperates the sister chromatids , two on both sides of the cell. while the spindle fiber moves towards the pole this dividing of separate chromosome happens. also during late mitotic stage the nuclear material divides into two and eventually the cell membrane constricts dividing the cytoplasm to form two individual daughter cells.During mitosis, the cell itself separates. The nuclear envelope is dissolved, the already replicated chromosomes segregate. The two new cells. They each have a normal number/ complement of chromosomes.

Mitosis
cytoplasm
The nucleus is often referred to as the 'brain' of a cell, because this is where the DNA is found. The instructions for the production of functional products are contained within the nucleus, and so it is responsible for a large part of a cell's activities.
Mitosis is the process in which a eukaryotic cell separates the chromosomes in its cell nucleus, into two identical sets in two daughter nuclei
The nucleus is the most important part of most cells because it has a small compartment within the cell. It is separated from the rest of the cell by a nuclear membrane to allow it to direct the cell's activity.
Prokaryotes have no nucleus and just a circle of DNA. They have a strong cell wall. Eukaryotes have a nucleus, 2 strands of DNA and other specialized clusters of cell-like bodies. They have little to no cell wall.
The cell nucleus.
Nuclear envelope
Nuclear envelope
the nucleus unless the cell is prokaryotic
Membrane or barrier that separates the nucleus from the rest of the cell.
The anwser is nuclear membrane! Is that not self explanitory?
My mom
nuclear envelope?
The nuclear envelope also serves as the physical barrier, separating the contents of the nucleus (DNA in particular) from the cytosol (cytoplasm) basically, keeps the DNA safe, and separates the nucleus from the rest of the cell
Although the nucleus may not be present at the center of the cell in many cases, it is true for most mammalian and microbial species. In a plant cell however, there is a large vacuole in the center of the cell, causing the nucleus to be present off to one side.
The membrane surrounding the nucleus is called the nuclear membrane or nuclear envelope. It separates the contents of the nucleus, including the DNA, from the rest of the cell. Organelles, such as mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum, also have their own membranes that enclose their contents and allow them to perform specific functions within the cell.
It separates the DNA from the rest of the cell. The nuclear membrane protects the nucleus.
The Nuclear envelope separates the cytoplasm from the nucleus.
