Unfortunately Target will never be able to sell Kirkland products unless they teamed up with Costco. Costco was created in Kirkland, Washington, and anything that says Kirkland is signature to Costco. For example if you like Kirkland signature paper towels, it's impossible to be sold at any store other than Costco brands. If you have heard of Kroger brand it's a generic, just like Kirkland is a generic.
