depends what country your in so i cant name shops but ur local game shop should sell the shivering isles and the knights of the nine as an expansion pack separately on disc. for around 20quid/dollars

Yes, if you are playing on the Xbox 360 then you can download the expansion for around 1200 points, which is about 15 dollars. You can also buy the expansion pack on xbox 360, ps3 and computer, so i suggest you get it! The normal oblivion is so crap!
