there is not a hollister in tunbridge wells but there is a jack wills:) the jack wills is massive and really nice better then all the other stores i think you should defo check it out!

Outlet stores are your best shot - as you mention Jack Wills, I would assume you are British - so I would recommend Bicester Village as a physical shop, or see the related link below for a good website for shopping online.
