My daughter used to do the same thing... its usually just a phase. But what I did was started giving her water instead of milk, especially around the times you are about to eat. That way she will have to eat food to feel hungry, and dont give her any milk until she has eaten something...even if its a little bit, sometimes kids will go through an eating phase where they just want to eat very little, and other times they will surprise you with how much they can eat. Also try to give your child healthier foods like raw veggies for snacks or fruit... it helps keep your appetite going. Good luck and hope this helps
