Choose a name that you love. A name that sounds and looks good to you, a name that will last. A name that you can say with joy and pride and also that you will yell across the room, down the street, at games and at graduation. A name that will look great on a book report, a team jacket or a theatre program, a diploma and a wedding invitation, an office door, a marquee, or a book cover, a "Hello My Name Is" sticker. A name that won't trip everybody who tries to spell it or pronounce it, a name that doesn't invite a horrible nickname, a name whose initials don't spell something silly when combined with your last name. A name that won't be out of fashion in a year or two. A name that will be clear and understandable when announced over a loudspeaker to a crowd of thousands and still sound beautiful when someone whispers softly, "I love you, --." A name that is not so hard to live up to and yet may inspire your child to become the special person you know he or she can be. I agree with what this person says. In my opinion, if it's a boy, name it Kyle- meaning 'handsome'. If it's a girl, name it Linda. I don't really know what that one means but i like it. So there. Weight my own opinions with yours.
