You should write about the first thing you see,

or leprechauns if that sounds fun,

or about the last dreams you remember having and what they could mean,

or really great things about yourself,

or goals,

or things you like about other people,

or what an orange tastes like, using a lot of imagery.

Or something else.

If you really want someone else to pick, I think you should go with writing positive things about yourself.
