No! I am 12 and 115. it says that the average 5'3 12 year old (me) should weigh between 130-145. but it says the AVERAGE 12 year old should weigh 115. i would think 200 pounds at 12 years old is mortaliy obese! for cryin out loud people,dont ever let your children be this size.
