You should do a little math, by using the Internationally accepted BMI formula which is, your weight in lbs x 703 divided by your height x your height = BMI Wt = height2 x BMI (Normal weight) divided by 703 Weight = 4489 x 21.75 = 138 lbs Since 21.75 is the mid range of "normal" weight and 4489 is your height in inches squared you should aim for 138 lbs
