This depends on what you want to sell the horse for. There are some basics though, such as all ride-able horses should be saddle trained at least a little bit. They should also have good ground manners such as leading, tying, bathing, and trailering. If the horse is sold as breeding stock it should have a good show record and good conformation. If the horse is a purebred it should be registered, as registered horses are typically worth more than cross bred or unregisterable horses. If the horse will be sold as a show horse it needs to be trained in the specific discipline it is being sold for and possibly have been shown a few times.

Have you passes your 2nd riding level? If you haven't you can't sell horses. If you have, go to the horse's page and there should be a button with 3 circles on it on top of the horse's picture, click it, then choose how to sell your horse, type in the amount you want to sell it for (minimum 500e) then click confirm and your horse is up for sale! With the riding levels going away, I don't know how you will sell your horses then.....Have to have 10days.. then you go to breeding tab then sales
On your horse's page, there will be 2 boxes right above their head. One will be to "re-name", the other to "sell." You have to be on level 2 to sell and buy horses from the aution, though.
You should be able to do everything with a prepaid card that you could do with a regular card. So if you are able to sell w a regular card then a prepaid should work as well.
