If, by 'Spiritual Father' you mean a Religious Leader of some sort...like a minister or a priest...this question could have a few answers.
First, EVERYONE on EARTH is a sinner...including religious leaders, and we're all going to make mistakes. This is true simply because we all descended from Adam and Eve.(Romans 5:12)
So,
*if that's what you mean, the only thing ANYone can do, is
be forgiving and hope others will forgive us when WE make mistakes.(1 John 1:8)(Matthew 5:23&24)
*If this person is doing something you feel is irritating and you can't overlook it, you might consider speaking with that person, one on one, explaining how you feel, in a loving manner, and asking him to stop (Matthew 18:15)
*IF however, you mean this 'spiritual father' is sinning in such a way as to be purposely 'HURTING you or someone else', beyond just 'making mistakes'....this may be VERY different.
Some may feel it necessary to contact someone in authority to ask about this behavior, whether parents or teachers, or police...(Proverbs 14:15)
