How much freon goes in a navigator?
If you got to any auto parts store, they will have bottles of r134a that you can buy that have gauges in the handles that will tell you when you have enough in it. If you system wont cool or is out of freon you have a leak and should get it check to have a repair done, an ac system with out freon has no lub either and that will lead to compressor burn out. The freon cools the air and lubs the compressor.

Idle the car with the AC running. Open the hood and look at the AC compressor- is the compressor engaged? (the front of the compressor (inside the belt) should be spinning. If not, then have the AC system recharged. If it is turning, then you've got the door to a duct stuck inside the unit.

its possible but if professionals did it its unlikly the serp belt would have nothing to do with it but while doing the water pump could have done something to the compressor

Well I would have got the dental work done first then the piercing but that's just me. Well if your dentist is reasonable there should be no issue so long as the barbell doesn't get in his/he way.

You could, but it will hurt ALOT. I got mine redone a month after i took it out (i took it out the day i got it done originally) so i got it repierced and IT HURT!! (because of the scar tissue)
