Your killstreak rewards should be set according to your playstyle and the game type that you play.
If you die often, you should take the 3 easiest available killstreak rewards:
UAV (3)
Counter-UAV, Care Package (4)
Predator Missle or Sentry Gun (5)
If you are one of those who simply don't die and kill everyone, then you could take:
Harrier Airstrike (7)
Chopper Gunner (11)
Tactical Nuke (25)
Ofcourse, the combinations is up to you.
Personally, I use:
Care Package (4)
Harrier Airstrike (7)
Emergancy Airdrop (8).

What i think is that if your going for a Nuke it should be as he said harrier Strike Chopper Gunner then nuke but if you want a high kill streak you want to try Predetor missile (5) Harrier Strike (7) and then Pave low (9) or chopper gunner (11)
