Depending on the gauge you are using, cold compression should be between 110-140 psi. The most important thing is that all cylinders be close to equal. +/- 10% is an acceptable tolerance.

I have an owners ski doo manual for 1996. It lists "touring, skandic & formula s/sl series. It does not give the engine size. For all these machines, it says NGK spark plug BR9ES, gapped at .45mm or .018in. FYI, it also lists the drive belt as 414 8833 00. I have a 1996 ski doo owners manual.
