no short pans and slippers.... hair suppose 2 be tied...
Having a partner for a lab is important because you can have help from them if they know what to do to make the lab a success.
Depends on the type of lab in question. If it is a student lab, 1 week should be enough. If it is for a college or work lab, then preparation can range from 1 week to years.
Because if we react sodium with acid in the lab it will be very danger (It can barn the lab )
Lab Apron
Open toed shoes should not be worn in a lab because if a chemical spills on your foot, then it could be pretty serious.(plus it would hurt)
Eye Protection
if any injury's occurs during a lab infestation how should it be handled?
no short pans and slippers.... hair suppose 2 be tied...
So that corrosive chemicals don't land on top of your bare feet
Safety goggles
Lab apron is worn over clothes and skin to protect the body and clothing while in the lab.
drop everything and follow your class
goggles and cover your hair. also closed toed shoes are a good one.
Flowing or loose clothing (especially sleeves of a top/dress) could knock over chemicals and/or catch fire.
Long pants, long sleeves, and probably goggles.
