you could get a circumcision... but that's up to you..
Foreskin ProblemIt's likely that some of the skin has joined together. A doctor should be able separate it without too much trouble.Here is more input and advice:
- Try masturbating freqently and applying lubricant -- the foreskin will start rolling back just keep playing with it.
- Just keep trying to pull it little by little, day by day, it will eventually unstick, don't worry, this isin't a big deal, it happens to a lot of people.
- I have a problem like this. I finally convinced myself to see a urologist, they have cream to fix the tight foreskin. Masturbating more does not fix this problem. My quality of life is much better after biting the bullet and seeing the urologist.

If your black it should be kinda red when hard and if it is cut that means your circumsized

An un-cut penis, is not having the foreskin on the penis removed either at birth or later in life. You're fine
