There is no definite answer to that question, body mass has a great deal to do with it. For instance the right weight for someone your height but little body muscle mass may be 140 pounds where as someone with more muscle may weight 190. For the the quickest answer to that question you will have to consult a Body Mass Index calculator. Otherwise you can just look in the mirror and decide. I hope this helps
P.S. Personally I am 5' 10" and 180 lbs and by no means overweight, however I know people who are the same height but 135 lbs.
Normal BMI range (18.5-25) for person who is 5'11" is 130-176 lbs
BMI = Kg / M^2
(Body Mass Index equals weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared).
BMI ranges:
<18.5 = underweight
18.5-25 = normal weight
25-30 = overweight
30-40 = obese
40-50 = morbid obesity
5'11"= 71 inches x 2.54 = 180.3 cm = 1.8 meters
1.8^2 = 3.2
18.5 x 3.2 = 59 kg or 130 lbs (the lowest healthy weight)
25 x 3.2 = 80 kg or 176 lbs (the highest healthy weight)
Somewhere around 170-180 pounds. Maybe less if you are a narrow shouldered, slim-hipped marathon runner type, and more if you are muscular and broad-shouldered.
A person that is five feet 11 inches should weigh 65kg
About 140-170 Pounds
HI, Reversing the BMI formula Weight=BMI*Height2 The BMI for normal weight category is 18.5 - 25, give an average of 22 Then your weight would be 22*1.725 2 = 65.46 KGS

A BMI of 15.3 is severely underweight, and not healthy at all. The minimum one's BMI should be is 18.5, unless you're under 18.
12% of 511 = 12% * 511 = 0.12 * 511 = 61.32
It's impossible to calculate BMI just by knowing whether someone is broad-shouldered or not. You need to know height and weight to calculate one's BMI
Weight is not as important as BMI. Many charts will claim to know your BMI just by looking up your weight but they're wrong. Lean Body Mass is the most important number. For example, charts may say that someone should weigh about 180, but by checking his BMI he might find that his lean body mass is 214. If you're serious about exercise and physical condition you need to have your BMI calculated and you don't get it from stepping on a scale. Many sports physicians and physical therapists have the apparatus to PROPERLY test your BMI.
BMI around 24 is healthy Work yours out yourself: BMI = Weight (Kg) / Height (metres)2.
Since 511 is a multiple of 7, it is automatically the LCM.
