There is no definite answer to that question, body mass has a great deal to do with it. For instance the right weight for someone your height but little body muscle mass may be 140 pounds where as someone with more muscle may weight 190. For the the quickest answer to that question you will have to consult a Body Mass Index calculator. Otherwise you can just look in the mirror and decide. I hope this helps

P.S. Personally I am 5' 10" and 180 lbs and by no means overweight, however I know people who are the same height but 135 lbs.

Normal BMI range (18.5-25) for person who is 5'11" is 130-176 lbs

BMI = Kg / M^2

(Body Mass Index equals weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared).

BMI ranges:

<18.5 = underweight

18.5-25 = normal weight

25-30 = overweight

30-40 = obese

40-50 = morbid obesity

5'11"= 71 inches x 2.54 = 180.3 cm = 1.8 meters

1.8^2 = 3.2

18.5 x 3.2 = 59 kg or 130 lbs (the lowest healthy weight)

25 x 3.2 = 80 kg or 176 lbs (the highest healthy weight)

Somewhere around 170-180 pounds. Maybe less if you are a narrow shouldered, slim-hipped marathon runner type, and more if you are muscular and broad-shouldered.
